What if I lose my NCard and get a replacement before a game?

If you are issued a new NCard after tickets have been made available on your huskers.com account, you must notify the ticket office no later than 3 pm on the day before the next game you wish to attend. 


When will I get billed for my ticket(s)?

The Student Billing option is only for returning students
Ticket purchases will appear on the May Student Consolidated Bill.  Your bill MUST be paid on time according to the student account policy, to avoid cancellation of ticket(s).
Incoming freshmen and transfer students may only use the credit card option to pay for tickets since their student account is not yet activated.  Using any other form of payment will render the order invalid.
 
When will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be made available at huskers.com My Account.  You must be a full-time student in the fall for tickets to be delivered to your ticket account.  Full-time registration status will be verified in late August prior to ticket(s) being electronically delivered and again at the gate on game day.  It's your responsbility to notify the Ticket Office in writing by August 28, 2016 of any change in your registration status to receive a refund (refunds are prorated based on public selling price).
If you are issued a new NCard after tickets have been made available, you must notify the ticket office no later than 3 pm on the day before the next game you wish to attend.  Improper use of ticket privileges may result in tickets being voided from your NCard.

What do I do if I purchased spouse or dependent child tickets?
These tickets will be printed to paper and may be picked up at the Ticket Office. You must present a marriage license or birth certificate for verification at time of pick up.  

Refunds
A full ticket refund (this does not include the $5 application fee) will be given if the Ticket Office is notified at least seven days prior to the first home game in writing.  After this time, refunds will be prorated based on public selling price.  Refunds will not be automatically processed.  It is the student's responsibility to request a refund in writing directly from the Ticket Office.  A student who has requested a refund may not reapply for a student season ticket.
