Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card

1. Contact the NCard Office immediately, either in person or by phoning 402-472-7331. Leave a message (containing your name and NUID number) on the voicemail system if calling after hours.


2. If you have previously set up an NCard Online Account you can login to NCard Account Services and follow the instructions to flag your card as lost (or found).

You are responsible for protecting your NCard against theft or misuse. Promptly reporting the card missing will protect you from improper charges to your account and other misuse of the NCard. You may be responsible for transactions made with your card until loss or theft is reported to the NCard Office.
